Shipping Policy
We keep things simple at Mae & Lane Boutique. Every hat we ship goes out free of charge — no codes, no minimum, no fine print. Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all residential and business addresses within Canada. Depending on your location, your package will be handed to Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We select the carrier that best serves your area.
How Long Before It Ships?
Once your payment clears, your order enters our fulfilment queue. Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. If you place your order after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or public holiday, fulfilment begins the following business day.
What Does Shipping Cost?
Free Shipping – We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within Canada. No minimum order value is required.
When Will It Arrive?
After your order leaves our fulfilment centre, please allow the following:
Fulfilment: 1 to 3 business days
Delivery: 5 to 8 business days
Total from order date: approximately 6 to 11 business days
These are working estimates. Occasional delays can happen due to carrier backlogs, public holidays, or weather. We will email you your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can also follow your delivery status via our Track Your Order page at any time.
Addresses We Cannot Ship To
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any locations where our carrier partners cannot provide service.
If Something Goes Wrong
Delivery failed or package returned? Reach out and we will sort out reshipment. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us immediately — we will open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated throughout.
