Return & Refund Policy
We want every order to be exactly what you hoped for. If something is not right, we are here to make it right. You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Starting a Return
Send us an email at info@maelaneboutique.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and send you return instructions promptly. Please note that we are unable to accept returns that are sent back before approval.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original unworn condition with all original tags and packaging still in place. Items that appear to have been worn or show signs of damage will not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The only exception is if the item you received was defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. In that case, we will arrange and cover the return shipping for you.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If your item is confirmed as defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement free of charge and cover all return shipping costs, no questions asked.
Your Refund
As soon as your returned item arrives and passes our quality check, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to be completed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
